CHERRY
REUNION
In 1892, James V. Cherry moved to the United States. There, he married Mary Colosi and had 11 children. Over the next several decades, the Cherry family continued to expand with nearly two dozen grandchildren, dozens of great-grandchildren, and many great-great-grandchildren. The goal of this reunion is to bring us back together.

What to Expect
A Fun Family Weekend
While the Cherry family started in Pennsylvania, our family has expanded across the country and world. Some of you may have not seen your cousins in years. Others have never met their second cousins. The oldest family member is 97 years old, and the youngest are only a few months old. It’s been a long time since we have had a family gathering, and we can’t waste any more time waiting.
Get ready to recount memories, eat, and meet the newest additions to our family. Don’t worry, we will also have activities for the children! If you’re going to be in DuBois the whole weekend, we will also have other events planned between Friday and Sunday.

Hotel Block
We were able to secure some rooms at a discounted rate in DuBois. There is a limited number, so reserve your room before they are all gone. Call Comfort Suites at 814-375-6028 and say you are with the Cherry block.

Planning the Event
There’s a committee that meets over Zoom leading up to the event. Let Rachel or Madeline know if you would like to participate.

Contributions
We are asking for a minimum contribution of $5 per person. Your generous contribution will go directly towards providing grilled meats and non-alcoholic drinks. We’d love to have a delicious selection of appetizers, main courses, side dishes, and desserts! If you are able to, please sign-up to bring a dish to share. Click on the contribute tab for the list and more details on how to contribute.
